Most in-stock items are delivered within 7-14 business days. Custom-made or upholstered pieces may take 6-10 weeks depending on the complexity of the design and material availability.
Do you offer White Glove Delivery and assembly?
Yes, we offer a White Glove Delivery service for a flat fee. This includes room-of-choice placement, full assembly of your furniture, and the removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom orders and final sale items are non-returnable, and a 15% restocking fee may apply to large furniture returns.
How can I request fabric or wood swatches?
You can order up to five complimentary swatches through our website. Simply navigate to the product page and click 'Request a Free Swatch' to have them mailed to your address.
Do your products come with a warranty?
All Abode Furniture pieces come with a standard 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. We also offer extended protection plans for accidental stains, spills, and structural damage.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link and the contact information for our freight partner to schedule a specific delivery window.
